The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account and instances, bill you, keep the Service secure and support you.
- Your agents’ conversations and memory are stored in your instance’s database. Privileged operators can access them: Hosted Mesh is not a zero-access or end-to-end encrypted service.
- We share information with the companies that run parts of the Service and the services you choose to connect. We don’t sell your personal information.
- How long we keep an instance’s data after cancellation is still being confirmed.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Texture Corp (“Texture” or “we”) runs Hosted Mesh. This policy covers personal information we handle through the website at mesh.texturehq.com, the console, and the Mesh instances we host for you (the “Service”).
It doesn’t cover Mesh that you run yourself, or the services you connect your agents to. Their own policies apply.
Your organization decides what its instances contain and why. We process that content on your organization’s behalf to provide the Service.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address from sign-in, and your organizations, roles and invitations.
- Organization and instance details: organization name, hostnames, region and size, versions, provisioning state and health.
- Billing details: subscriptions, purchases, amounts and payment status. Stripe collects your card and billing address; we don’t receive full card numbers.
- Managed service usage: quantities, costs, balances and limits for managed AI and code execution, when you use them.
- Usage activity: We collect usage counts per agent and model from your instance (model ids, token counts, provider-reported cost, sandbox time) to show you your usage; never message content.
- Records of your agreement: when you accept our terms, we record the version, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser and device details, and logs of requests to the website, console and instances.
- Messages to us: support requests and other emails you send us.
Content in your instance. Agent personas, conversations, memory, prompts, model responses, tool results and run records are stored in your instance’s database, with the credentials you add. This content can include personal information about you, your colleagues and anyone your agents talk to.
3. How content in your instance is protected
Mesh encrypts connector and model credentials with your instance’s own key before storing them. Our database provider encrypts storage at rest, which protects disks, not queries.
Conversations, memory, personas, prompts, model responses and tool results are not application-encrypted today. Privileged Texture operators who run the hosting infrastructure can access that stored content. Hosted Mesh is not a zero-access or end-to-end encrypted service.
By default, support starts from hosting metadata such as instance health, versions and provisioning status. Please don’t send secrets or private content in support requests.
Our Security page has more detail, including current limits.
4. How we use information
- To provide the Service: sign-in, organizations, provisioning and running your instances, and the managed services you choose.
- To bill you and prevent fraud, including spending limits and payment disputes.
- To keep the Service and our customers secure, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
- To support you and send service email. Notices about payments, security and paused services are always sent; you can turn off optional updates in the console.
- To show that you accepted our terms.
- To meet our legal obligations.
7. Retention
We keep account, billing and agreement records while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them for billing, security, legal and tax purposes.
How long we keep an instance’s data after cancellation, our backup history and our restore objectives are being confirmed, and will be published before they are promised. Until then, keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose, using the export in the console.
8. Where information is stored
Our hosting service and your instance’s database run in the United States for now. Your instance runs in the region you choose. Our providers may process information in other countries.
9. Security
We protect information with access controls, a separate runtime, database credential and key for each instance, and encrypted connections. No service is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
10. Your choices and rights
You can export your instance’s data and turn off optional email in the console.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit some uses. Email victor@texturehq.com to make a request. We’ll verify your identity and respond as the law requires, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
For personal information inside an instance, we’ll pass the request to the organization that controls it and help it respond.
11. Children
Hosted Mesh is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We’ll post updates here with a new date. If a change is material, we’ll tell you in the console or by email before it applies to you.
